Don’t be worried, it’s just like staying at Grandma’s.. and just like Grandma, we don’t tolerate disrespectful, rude, abusive or inappropriate behaviour. We have lots of guests, and we want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable.

The Hostel is open to all travellers regardless of race, gender, age*, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, political persuasive and physical or mental impairment.

There are a few things we expect of our guests:

• treat our staff and other guests with respect.
• treat our facilities with respect.
• leave common areas clean and tidy.
• depart by 10am on your scheduled departure date.

And a few things that will not be tolerated:

• any form of harassment, intimidation or aggressive behaviour.
• wilful damage, theft and interference with the property safety systems including fire protection measures.
• excessive noise and/or excessive alcohol consumption.
• being under the influence of illegal substances.
• filming or photographing any person on our premises without their consent.
• allowing non-guests access to the property.

Failure to follow these guidelines may be cause for eviction from The Hostel.

*under 18’s must have a guardian and are not permitted in dormitories.
